Liberty, MO
1001 answers to that question, hp, torque of engine, gross weight, soft or solid ground, tire size, the list just keeps going, need more info. Corn and bean farmer here, tall 22.5's , 10 speed auto shift, 465 hp, 1650 lbs torque, 3.58's don't take too many chances, but if I can start the load, have come thru some soft spots 1/2 tire deep for a little ways and had plenty of power, but traction is another issue. If in doubt I use grain cart, working by myself I take less chances.

EDIT::: I also have another truck that I used in past with 410 gears, RTO9513, 13 speed, tall 24.5's , top speed sucks, 65-70 mph max @2000 rpm's if I remember, that's winding the old 73 Frtshaker with small cam 350 Cummins a little tooo tight, main thing here, low gear is too fast, tranny needed to be a RTLO9513, better 1st gear. I think this is correct info, maybe somebody will chime in and correct me if wrong.
