SE SD | It sounds good. Lot of buildings(up keep), great storage with hydro doors, pool, hot tub, house all condensed on 10 acres. But, my point is, if you can't cash flow the whole shabang, you latched on to a lead balloon. The property has no appeal (personal opinion) to the acreage buyer who just wants to live in the country. Banks wouldn't touch it as a personal home loan. No land base to help support the infastructure and it's intended purpose. Very limited market,IMO. Pieced out, yes, its a good buy. lump it all together in a small location. Its a dinosaur..... Now, if a quater or half section was mixed in, It would be a whole differant ball game (and price) |
