Figgered out corn was what was really making the money and bank pulled rug. I'd guess he's trying to get ahead of a foreclosure.
Yes monoslopes and hoops will be the Harvestore of this generation. 30 years + is no coincidence. Harvestores were built in the 70s boom and the 80s broke em. No difference now.
BTW my granddad sold the hell out of em and I know guys that went through the deal.
If cattle money put up the buildings (or a harvestore) it'll be fine. Otherwise there had better be some equity to back it up. | |
