Subject: EZ-Steer won't stay engaged.

We have been having problems with the Ez-Steer on our Beuhler 2360 not wanting to stay engaged. Unit is controlled by a EZ-Steer 500. It started doing it last week but usually you could get it to stay engaged by hitting the footswitch a couple times. Lately it is getting worse. We first thought it was cold hyd oil making the tractor steer hard but today temps were in the upper 40s most of the day and over 50ยบ for awhile this afternoon. Started running about 11 a.m. this morning & ran the tractor till 12:30 without getting it to hold. Went in for family dinner & came back out around 3 pm & finally got it working about 4 pm

Online agressivness is set at 145. Turn in aggressiveness is at 110. Override has been at 16 all fall & today I have had it as low as 8 & as high as 25 & it's currently set at 14. Before I got it working it would kickout almost as soon as I set the footswitch and farthest it would go was about 100'. In the past you could get it working by rebooting but that didn't help today. This afternoon I got it working for about 3 rounds by creating a new field but using an existing operator & field name but it started doing it again. Finally got it working for a couple hours by creating a new field & giving it a name that was not in the files.

Anybody had a similiar problem? Seems to me if it was cold hyd oil it would come out of it after a couple rounds . Any help would be appreciated.

TIA,
boog
