We do a moisture adjustment calculation for pricing - $3.25 for #2 corn (figure 15.5% moisture) so $3.25/.845 = 3.846 on a 100% DM basis and then 3.846 X .73 = $2.81 to get the price on the HM corn at 27% moisture (73% DM). Then you can charge for processing and shrink as needed (we're paying a dime).
