the land tax's is a huge problem, being brought up from parents from the depression-and there parents living thru it-in the roaring 20's thing's lead to the 30's -a lot of ground was walked away from as the tax's could not be paid

If you have land tax,you will -In Nebraska's case at today;s price always have a debt of $1250 a acre -
Do the math on $80 acre tax -Here in Iowa-tax's on my home 40 are approaching that figure
It doesn't matter Jim -if it's cow's ,hog's sheep or row crop-it's a huge problem
last week a farm was bought near Denison-he is a Nebraska land owner that is dumping Nebraska land-and buying Iowa ground-
He doesn't own cows-his land tax will be 1/3 of what he paid in Neb
No one buys land, they only rent it from the government; PERIOD! It is unfortunate our founding fathers did not stipulate more when it came to what could not be allowed in taxation when they founded this nation. Income and property tax both should be unconstitutional. |
