We bought pairs for years , last year I kept our own heifers back. I am tired of other peoples problem cows especically the wild ones . It  seems in every group they sell there is some kind of problem cow stuck in there. We bought some from New Mexico the first 2 groups were good the last 30 pair from a year ago is already half culled out it makes expensive cows. Could you just gaze some of your calves in stead of buying cows.
