I have a coop- type willmar spreader. I added a hydraulic shutoff, but before I had that, I would just pull in the field, do the longest straight side first, and then go back and forth. If doing a triangle field, you sure do overlap a lot on the ends but it's a pain to get off the tractor and disengage it too.
How do you spread fertilizer?
