SW North Dakota | We have done it ourselves fand also sometimes have it done. It's not hard to do and at least you know your getting your ownmeat back. Seems when we do it we always end up watching the more but if I had to do it everyday I would probably not be picky either. Stainless steel tables are the best for keeping everything clean and easier to clean. As far as height in cooler you would need it pretty tall if you wanna hang halves and not quarters. I think most are 8 foot but always quartered that I have seen. | |
