If they are calving year round and in small numbers, have you considered finishing your odd ones out and selling freezer beef? 

Unless your barn owner is willing to stick up for you, that white patch on the forehead will get them absolutely hammered here. It's just assumed anything with that marking is part stein when sold without a reputation.
