North of I64 south east il | So I went and talked to the LL and talked him into $200 an acre with option he gets $225 if the prices goes above $4.25 or it makes 190 + and he agreed. I also called another bank and have a meeting on Wednesday to go over my operation I have good credit and what I would consider not a bad balance sheet for no more than I farm.
