If its a tight squeeze you need to weight in the extras like getting your foot in the door, is this a long term deal or is the bar going to be constantly moving keeping uou squeezed to make a profit?
Also keep in mind hour dad is doing you a favor renting jnder market value... Hiw long will that continue? At some point you will need to make a legitimate profit on that geound as well.
Not harping your dad helping you at all. I had a similar arangement with my first farm purchase. Things have changed enough now that it cash flows without any extra help which is a nice position to be in! | |
