East Central ND | I had the same thing happen on one of my vehicles for months. I had always heard that the vent was plugged from the dirt from driving gravel so I decided to try and fix it myself. I took off the gas cap, shoved the end of the air compressor nozzle into the filler hole, used a shop rag to try and keep all of the air going into the tank instead of just right back out again and it must have cleared out that vent because I never had the problem again. I figured it was worth a shot and it worked for me, didn't have to disassemble anything. | |
