| Are farmers really cutting back on chemicals? That surprises me. It's the one area I don't know how to do much cutting, other than banding and cultivating, and I don't predict there's much of that going on. Now if he's a peddler of pixie dust, then I would have great concern. Actually, if sales of pixie dust were only down 30%, I'd call that a great accomplishment. Those guys don't see it that way though. Can't get over how much advertising for foo foo treatments in magazines this year. Do they really think we're gonna buy that stuff in these rough times? Kugler had an add claiming 2 gallons of their goat jizz added 21bu. acre. If there's a Kugler Rep out there, I've got a deal for you. I'll let you apply your product in exchange for giving me $15 acre. I'll let you keep the extra bushels over check strips w/o miracle grow. That should make you a killing. Bet I don't get one offer.
