north central indiana | Same problem. ...2009 f-250...I just finally ended up taking the charcoal filter off. It is located on drivers side up under the spare tire.
Now it takes fuel as fast as any pump will feed it.
I just put a small filter on the ends of the loose hoses going to the tank.
New evap canister is pretty expensive.
Was so tired of trying to get this truck filled up.
Probably not the best fix in the world...but I have not had any problems since.
Lol this truck has always had a check engine light on....so taking this filter off probably did add another code. I just ignore the cel and drive.
