Been dry here most of the winter. We had a10" snow a month ago along with 40-50mph winds so most didn't stay around, good for the ditches. It's been windy for the last 5 days with temps in the 65-70. We need moisture bad. Hopefully we get some kind snow For ground cover WHEN we get a hard freeze or their will be a lot of wheat winter killed.
