Mark the bottoms of all four tires. Jack it up with all four tires in the air and run it in gear with MFWD engaged counting the turns each tire makes, the more the better. Use a protractor to figure the fraction of the last turn front and rear, then the ratios. Because the tires probably don't match the gears don't do this on the ground other than in very loose sand.
