I have Easy Heat in my basement bathroom. Easy to install but it went on after the floor was poured before it was tiled. Not sure about putting it into concrete, shouldn't be an issue. They were a local company and I drove past their building on my way to our feed supplier, not sure where they moved as that place is closed up.
