South-central Nebraska | I'm all for quality dog food but which one? I've always fed my 5 year old active Lab and my previous Lab who lived over 13 years Iams Large Breed in the green bag. My brother's vet recommended to him to switch to the Blue Buffalo Wilderness that contains zero grain. It costs a lot more and has caused his dog to have gas and loose stools. Due to its high protein the vet said to mix half and half Blue Wilderness with Iams to bring the protein down. I tried it as well, wy dog has been fine no matter what, his still having problems. I need to ask my own vet their opinion but thought I'd get replies on here. | |
