We would have to do some work on the base I believe, need to make sure it is sloped properly because it is 600 or so feet from the creek and is qualified as runoff.
Oh boy, If you contact the county on this or they find out you are doing this you will really open a can of worms. That's how my $30,000 cow yard pour turned into a $115,000 cattle barn since it had to all be under roof or have a huge catch basin to hold a 100 year rain and I am a couple of miles away from a stream. |
