Anderson,SC | The difference with a surveyor is if it's wrong he's liable. Otherwise it's all in you. Im a surveyor and your experience is terrible. Sounds like a jack leg to me. We deal in mathematics and are very precise. There are some discrepancies but then there's protocol to establish it back. It's by no means guess work or trial and error. If you're taking a chance of it being on your neighbor get it surveyed. Even though he may say it's ok. That doesn't mean he always will. Or his son after hes gone. | |
