SW Ohio | Find a horse feed store and find out where they get theirs, around here every weekend cowboy store has a semi load of them. we also have a couple of entrepreneurs that go east and get their own semi loads and bring back, put in small live floor truck and deliver to the stables, they stay very busy. I had a hay customer that moved here from Wisconsin that claimed our shavings were crap so they went back north and hauled them down here by the trailer load.
