The pallet place in the Culver/Argos, IN area sell semi loads of loose saw dust. Why not find a local tree trimmer and use wood chips/mulch for your calves? That's what several use around here and the beef committee uses mulch in the barn at the fair. Beck's sells their stall cob bedding in bulk bags.
