SESD | Just kind of a funny story today. I put a bid in on a grain cart on Big Iron last week. I just put in a max and left it. Well, 2 days ago I checked the bids and saw the price went higher. No bid deal, still under my max. Looked at the bid history, and guess what, the bidder number that bid against me looked like my dads. So I texted him and asked if he thought I had money burning a hole in my pocket. We had talked about the cart before, but never talked about bidding on it.
Anyways, the ironic thing was that there were no other bids besides that and I ended up with the cart today. That is very odd for an internet auction, especially since I think I got a steal as the price was pretty good. Guess farming is like marriage, communication is key. | |
