You have a very deliberate, analytical, and apparently emotion free thought process. I'm not being critical of anyone's buying process, but if everyone thought things through the way you do land would probably not be so expensive. Lots of land bought with egoes or emotion in play, some of mine included (family land). Just my two cents worth and might get flamed for saying it. Haven't been flamed for anything I have said since joining. I guess its coming sooner or later.
