central kansas reno county | It is that time of year for us to be ordering filters for our farm. Mostly John deere 30, 40, and 50 series, some versy and older hesston/case swathers. Been getting them from carquest, but last year they started using a Baldwin filter and they just seemed cheaper made, couldn't get a clear answer whether they were same specs as the wix /carquest filters were.
We have an individual auto parts store that sells wix filter and was thinking about looking into those.
So what do you guys say. I know I will probably get flamed for not using oem, but we have had good luck with wix brand. Are the Baldwin filter just as good or not. |
