How much extra would any of you pay to have a barn with bunk to South instead of East? The way the easiest building site is here is to have bunk to the east. Farm is on a kinda sidhill. Could go out father and make it to the south but it would be 100 a head shooting from the hip in extra dirt work. That may even be low with the extra driveway building.
