I guess dish soap would make a lot of bubbles, but one good way to clean the oil out of cooling systems is use Cascade soap, it usually comes out with a couple of rinses.
I was talking to my Deere tech about changing anti-freeze in some of my tractors that have quite a few hours on them. I asked about the necessity of flushing the systems. He said probably not if the old anti-freeze looked OK which it did. He mentioned that when he does flush systems he uses dish soap such as Dawn rather than using the expensive cleaners made for the purpose. He said he just rinses them a couple of times and refills with new anti-freeze.
I don't know if all techs would agree but that was his advice. Since mine looked surprisingly good, I just drained the radiator and block and refilled with the premixed coolant from Deere. If his advice is sound, then I would think you should be OK with just rinsing and refilling with new.
