NEMO | Got a feeling you're doing things right enough that your heifers would measure out good. The bigger point is to get those outliers that don't measure at all, out of the herd before they are bred. My bad experience with borderline hfs will keep us from using them at all, others may choose to use them, although at greater risk. Your observation about vets is valid, really good experienced ones that call things right are huge assets also. | |
