We had a 3255.  We bought it new with a 265 loader and ran it up to 4,000 hrs before trading it off for a 7410.  It was a good tractor and never gave us any problems.  The dry clutch can be the weak spot but if you use your brain when operating it you can get some life out of them.  Don't let wheels spin when grabbing a hay bale or a load of manure or dirt with the bucket.
