I just reread you original post and as far as size I see no reason to 60 ' wide on a commodity shed mine is 36' x 72' having my bays 36' deep and see no reason to be over 40' deep . Most tub grinders will not be able to pile in the back of a 60' building unless the tub in inside the shed.
Leave room on the end to add a few bays in the future if there's a need for them.
Which would be the better "investment"
