I had two 1/2 holstein1/2 Herefords for nurse cows. They both were awesome! Didn't milk like a dairy cow so I didn't have to feed it like a dairy cow. Actually adopted another calf on both and they raised them as twins in the pasture.
If you want to sell her and she is a nice easy going girl that is the direction I would go
