| Bryce Anderson had a very good weather summary and outlook.. still in El Nino.. could be cold wet start to planting.. transitioning to warmer and dryer this summer.. than last year.
La Nina by 2017 could be dry for US and Argentina.
Hope I got him correct.. nice gentleman.. enjoyed his passion for accuracy covering a difficult and complex subject.. crib notes.. hrw wht could still burn up.. possible late freeze as we watch se us and ecb flood...???
