Don't really see why not... all the concrete in the center of the bin where the legs aren't touching is just "there.". I would figure a 8" tube 18" deep would do the trick... but just guessing. I guess I'd just as soon have the pad just to keep it neat under there, either that or soak it with pramitol and put gravel beneath it.
Bulk bin pad...??
