I use semi tires cut in half with the side walls up, 3 rows, Steel pipe across the front and a cable 'V' attaches to the draw bar (cable clamp to make an eyelet in the center, so it doesnt run back and forth as you turn. Tires themselves have holes drilled between them and they are lashed together with the cable as well, put a large washer inside, and again a cable clamp.
Even the semi tires are heavy enough, the rough edge of the cut tread does enough damage to the grass, and the pattern of smaller tires offset in each row, causes the manure to be sifted back and forth as its broke down.
