michigan | I graduated high school in 83 no chance of farming dad was barely hanging on. I worked in the oil feilds and rail industry. Worked with a lot of the guys that lost or sold out their farms. The ones I rember would work all the overtime they could and worked like dogs. Me being 18 19 didnt understand at the time what drove these guys to work so hard. Looking back now I have great respect for them. I wonder how this generation would handle it. | |
