![](/profile/get-photo.asp?memberid=22482&type=profile&rnd=871) north-central Indiana west of Fulton | Since we calve through out the year, we don't have a season like the many beef stock talkers. Instead about this time , with nice weather making a brief appearance ,it is when we start getting field tractors in the shop and ready for spring work. It is 6 weeks today since I had hip replacement surgery so I am only starting to do limited work. Hauled some manure and have been scraping the free stall barn this week. Got the first tractor in and washed and waxed it , which was rather tiring with all the climbing around. Had to get a little creative to get the roof all waxed by myself !
For TC806....I am not ready to get on the bike to get the cows yet.! The all day snow today didn't stop my son from using his bike for transportation though.
