Don't think for grains you can use a value adjusted for inflation as yields, acres farmed,ect. is so much greater , maybe $$ per acre adjustment...........in the neighborhood "here" in '80's we didn't have such demand for land from other sources as today , in the end how much difference that will make is unknown
