Unnecessary costs should be cut and yesterday. It doesn't take long to lose $150/ac, especially if you aren't living in reality.
These guys might be thinking these bankers are helping them, but in reality if the markets don't go up from here to meet or exceed those numbers they are giving them a poison pill. The sooner everyone accepts reality the better, on both sides of the desk in the loan office. | |
