Lots of money involved for that thin of tank sheet. Get a heavier bottomles tank that will last awhile.

If you have a supply of bin sheets, you could set up one, then another one outside it so you have about 5 inches between. Pour concrete between. Put a little rebar in it.

Tire tanks are puny, 20 ft is smallest i ever put in, and is on a waterline, flowing well, or solar. I would go with a 30 ft tank on a windmill.

If tank is to small, and runs dry, then when one cow heads for water, the whole heard goes. If tank is never dry, then cows will go drink a few at a time, providing they don't have to travel far to water.
