Carlisle are the worst. I've had 6 month old 9.5L-15 3 rib tractor steer tire develop a goose egg between the ribs.
Titan is another one, little better than carlisle but, in the same league as Goodyear and American farmer.
When possible, I use used car and truck tires.
Otherwise Firestone or, BKT. I don't have any experience with Michelean.
