If you feel as an employee you are under paid, well leave to go a higher paying job, get more education, start your own business, etc.




What do you think the guys you are paying 10 bucks an hr are doing? It's called work smarter not harder. Make 10bucks an hr milking in crap everyday or answer a phone somewhere for 14 with benefits? And then you cry cuz you can't keep help? Give me a break and go cry to somebody who cares.
