ottertail co mn | CHS put up a facility in underwood a couple years ago. Costs me 5 cents to dump there but it is around 20 miles to underwood for me and 40 miles to ff, French and greenplains. I can get a lot more loads in a day and never really had to wait In underwood.
Plus Scottie and Danny are awesome guys.
Have always been slightly weary of selling to eplant, but I have no particular reason to be. If farmers elevator in ff was outside of town that would be sweet also.
I keep telling people that we need an elevator in perham. Obviously that has went no where. Jenio, dry bean plants, barrel o fun, and tuffys but no elevator. Can do some contracting in town but no off the cuff sales.
We need more people getting into livestock around here but it looks more like a retirement zone will be taking over... | |
