Western Ohio | I have undertaken a renovation project just as you described this winter. Here is my question. Now that I have lots of fertilizer and plenty of grass seed as I was feeding over ripe orchardgrass/fescue. What do I do? I am really wanting to drag this area down with a harrow gator as soon as it get dry. Is this a good idea or waste of time? This was a mean side of a hill where literally nothing grows usually. Should I just leave it and for get it? I really think busting up the piles will be a big big help.
Curious as to what you think will work the best. I am hoping for good things. I plan to leave the area rest until August or so as well to let new seeding get really established before I have to graze it. | |
