Western Illinois | Well he's still alive. I'm on day 3 of 10cc of penicillin and day 2 of 5cc of la300. He's still real wobbly and falls down some but he has a lot of energy and is suckling down a bottle morning and evening. When I checked cows tonight I got him up and he didn't fall down and I did my chores and when I came back he was next to his mom and kinda licking around trying to nurse. I'm definitely not out of the woods but am getting ready to go down after dinner and milk her out again and get that milk into the calf. Kinda looks like a may only be a bad infection. Or at least that's what I'm hoping! | |
