Subject: Harrowing Pasture Questions

Western Illinois
As it appears today is a day to talk about all things pasture related such as seedings and fertilizing. We have been frost seeding clover the last 2 years and this will be my first year of harrowing the pasture as we now have one to use. We are also planning to put down N,P,and K as its been a long time since we did that either. Since we frost seeding the pastures the first week in February when should I run the harrow over to break up the manure piles but not tear up the new clovers coming on? Was planning to do around early may as the clover should be big enough to not be killed but would like others opinions.
Thanks!!
