Don't claim to have all the answers. However, I do know that ILLEGAL labor needs to go. By repealing welfare, a guest worker program, something else???? However, we are a nation of laws and the lawbreakers, bot the illegal and the operator, need dealt with.

My point was everyone seems to think that $12 an hour is too much, but that is welfare levels if you have a family. They say they can't get Americans to do the work. Labor is like any other commodity. You have to beid enough to get what you want.
