Then Dave what should milkers be paid? How big should dairies be? Should we keep little dairy's and keep employees paid in that salary range? You must have all the answers. $35,000 plus housing is a pretty good gig for labor that hasn't ever gotten continuing education. I know of a lot of state jobs that don't pay that well, and people are always wanting those jobs.

People will take a job working at a convenience store for minimum wage before they will take one working at dairy for $15-20 per hour. For the simple fact they don't want to have to think, nor get cow poop on them. Everybody just wants a job they can sit at a computer.

I guess we should just get rid off all dairies in the U.S. import all our milk from China. That will fix this immigration deal.
