Most cows are A1 A1, some are A2 A1 and a few are A2 A2. Those designations have to do with the proteins in the milk. People who have problems associated with consumption of milk can often consume A2 A2 milk with less negative affects, it is more like goats millk. It is claimed by some that A2 A2 is healthier for everyone.
