SW Michigan | I don't recall the R-values. I kinda got to know the owner at a show and he sold me on it. ;-) The NOFP stuff isn't bubble wrap foil, it's a thin foam enclosed in some kind of plastic vapor barrier. IIRC, one edge is sticky so you can have seamless, waterproof coverage. I'd only use it under the concrete, not for footers or sidewalls. They also make a very good foil covered insulation like bubble wrap, but without the bubbles. It doesnt crush and lose it's R value as easily and has reinforcing fibers to make it stronger, There's also an adhesive sealing strip. I still have a roll of the foil left over that I use where I want more than the bubble , I think it probably costs more than bubble wrap.
